Firm Overview

The office of Menar & Menar is centrally located in New Brunswick, New Jersey, in the central portion of the state, with direct and easy access to New York City, which allows us to serve our clients' needs throughout the state, as well as the New York Metropolitan area. Our firm is made up of two attorneys, Paula A. Menar and her brother, Raul E. Menar, both of whom are licensed in the State of New Jersey as well as the State of New York.

The firm first opened by Paula in May, 2004 as Paula A. Menar, Attorney At Law, LLC.  Raul joined the firm in January, 2006, becoming Menar & Menar, Attorneys at Law in March of 2007. Throughout the years, both Paula and Raul have developed a practice concentrated in the field of Family Law and Wills and Estates (see Practice Areas) and one in which we provide our clients with personalized attention.  Their efforts have resulted in a reputation for competent and aggressive, as well as reasonable and honest, representation both with clients and other members of the bar.

Paula and Raul have both been very successful in winning cases for clients and to show it, Paula received the Martin S. Goldin Family Law Award.
